overall we enjoyed our stay.

some things to consider to impove, the bathroom door does not close, the shower could use a grab bar for safety reasons, and the rug under the bed could use to be cleaned or just removed.

Fun Girls' Weekend!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio for a long weekend during her spring break. It was centrally located to be a convenient drive to the places we wanted to visit and was in walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, strip malls, etc. The kitchen was perfect for reheating meals to be able to eat in a few times and everything was comfortable and clean.

Ryans stay

Property was nice and affordable. Would stay again or recommend. The only thing that could be improved are some fixes to the bathroom door handle, which was loose on the inside part of the door and bed frame had noticeable damage.

I had a nice stay at this property. The home was spotless, maintained well, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was good, they were responsive made check in and check out simple. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was the shower situation. I think if you have mobility issues, you will have difficulty getting up and down out of the shower.

The stay was overall pretty good. The host is phenomenal with communication of checking in and information you need. A few things that could be improved were: There was only 2 towels provided so using those for 6 days can get interesting. Also the floor felt dirty like it needs a deeps steam clean or something. And there were random things of mine that got wet if they were on the floor.

Cute and quaint

The property overall was clean and well laid out. Some minor issues like a bathroom door that doesn't shut properly. It was a bit loud, right on a heavy traffic road. But the noise died down by 10. Overall, a good stay,!

We stayed here for two nights in central Colorado Springs and overall it was a good value for the price. The space was warm and cozy, and it looked and smelled clean when we arrived. The rainfall shower was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable, although it did sleep a bit hot for me.That said, communication with the host could be improved. The messages and wording felt a bit harsh and came across more threatening than welcoming, which wasn’t the best first impression. The unit itself is essentially a converted garage...they did make it charming, but it’s very basic and could use some touch up paint in a few areas. The shower is also quite small and difficult to get in and out of, and I didn’t feel very safe with the broken tile along the bottom and some peeling paint.Overall, it’s a simple, clean place in a convenient location, and for the right price I would consider staying again.
