Nestled on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, this property is less than half a block from the beach—truly an unbeatable location!

The "Williams Lower" unit is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower-level duplex designed with families and groups in mind. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers ample space to spread out while keeping everyone together. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just two blocks north, and local shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The four bedrooms, all with easy access to two shared bathrooms, offer comfort and convenience for guests. The first bedroom, perfect for children or younger family members, is furnished with a full bed and a bunk bed. The other three bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with queen beds. The covered front porch is ideal for people-watching or simply relaxing in the shade. After a fun day in the sun, enjoy grilling and dining with the family at the outdoor picnic table, or rinse off the sand with the convenient outdoor shower.

For larger family gatherings, rent the "W099 - Williams Upper” unit which is directly above for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

First Stay in Wrightsville Beach

Reviewer Comments: The rental started with a call before I arrived stating that the door code system was not functioning properly and that I needed to pick up a key from the office. This was not a major deal but the first set of keys I picked up did not work. I picked up another key (Just One as it was a master key and it worked). I was told they would repair the lock but it had problems all week. The gas grill would only work with 2 of the five burners working, but fortunately I brought my own. The changed the tank, but I still had the same problem. The Ice maker in the freezer would only produce 4 cubes at a time (Again not a problem as I brought my own ice trays) and notified them at the end of my stay. Other than that the accommodations were outstanding. The rooms were clean and the items needed to cook were provided (I always bring my own frying pans and cookware to be safe). We enjoyed are stay at this location and plan to book it again next year. Just remember if you have more than 2 vehicles you may have to get creative with parking. We managed to get 4 vehicles in the space of 2. all in all I would recommend this place as it is 150 steps from an awesome beach and it is very quiet during the week. Great place for a family vacation.

Some items were a little outdated but accommodating. The beds were comfortable. There were a few small concerns with operation of items but this was resolved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house, the location is great. This year though the house was a little run down and it isn't being cleaned very well. The front door did not have a shade on the window. The island countertop look like it had been broken it was warped. The shower curtain in the bathroom kept falling. And this year there was a family upstairs with five kids. Something really needs to be done to soundproof the bottom half of this house. for the stomping and running and jumping and all that noise started at 6:00 in the morning. And went on till 9:00 and 10:00 at night.

Perfect bungalow steps from the beach

Would you love to stay there again. The only drawback I saw was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs renters. They need to try to soundproof that somehow. Otherwise it was perfect and we loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, high value for ability to sleep many people. We had 8 staying here and were very comfortable. Initially had issues with rental upon checking (leaking toilet, mold_ which was quickly remedies by Brayant Real Estate by repairing drywall and updaters unit toilet leak and completely replacing moldy drywall on celling. I was reimbursed for the first day as we were unable to stay there. I would rent this unit again if I had a large group and wanted a budget rental in wrightsville beach. Keep in mind this is first floor rental and there is another rental above- some noise from the people renting above on 2 nd floor, not well noise protected.

Reviewer Comments: Pretty good overall - the location was very good and you could walk to restaurants.The TVs could be better and there were very limited channels on the tv in the living area - could have been user error but with three remotes there is some confusion. I'd add some sound insulation in ceiling - you could hear every step in the upstairs unit.

Wrightsville Beach is Great

Reviewer Comments: We rented 11b lower on East Hendersen, just off off South Lumina, less than a block from Bryant Real Estate. The unit was clean and well equipped with 2 full baths, 46" flat screen, DVD player, cable and WiFi. The beach was maybe 75 yards away and on the beach side of South Lumina. No road crossing. Once on the beach, a pier is maybe 100 yards to the left. The beach is 100 yards wide, at least at low tide. The water is the clearest I've ever seen on the East Coast. At waist depth you could see your feet. UNC Wimington campus is maybe 20 minutes away so the "scenery" was pleasant. The only thing I would have changed would have been to rent the upper apartment, as the pitter patter of the 4 little boys required ear plugs in the evening to sleep.
