Condo is well positioned in Wrightsville Beach next to the Pier, but already starting to show some age.

Wrightstville Beach, NC

Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

Hi Gary! Thank you for the review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree, Munger is in a great location! We wish we could control the code for the stairs, but this lobby code is set by the HOA, and the code into the unit itself is set by us and is customized for every reservation. We hope to see you again soon!

Hi Valerie- thank you for your feedback. All of our properties are individually owned. This means that what one owner may stock in his or her unit, the next may not. Our instructions are general and intended to prepare our guests for the bare minimum of what might be in the unit. We are sorry that you overpacked, but we hope that it beat the alternative. Thanks again- we hope to see you back again soon!

Small living space

The living area was fine for my husband and me but I wouldn't recommend any others. There is only seating for two at the bar to eat Luckily we had wonderful weather so we spent little time at the rental.

So glad you enjoyed this home. I realize you found it small, but our property title also states its small. Its ideal for active people who plan do be out enjoying the area and just want a place to crash or spend on rainy days!

Wonderful stay

There were issues with the cable both days. They were quickly addressed. My only complaint was the Friday night parties outside that kept me awake. Other than that the stay was great

Wonderful and relaxing place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed here before I plan to continue to stay there for future vacations. The place was very clean, well supplied with all our needs, and the decor was calming and inviting. The only thing I would suggest is a better mattress. But maybe it’s just me. I’d give this a 10 aside from that 😊

Nice, clean and loud

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the rental was nice, clean and close to the ocean. However, there is a bar right next door and it was very loud at night. We could hear people cussing and yelling and one night there were police officers out there. Not a good fit for a family.
Response from VrboOwner on 31 May, 2022
Hi Kristina- thank you for your feedback. We are sorry nearby noise disturbed your vacation! We want to let you and future guest know that the noise from the bar in question is not longer an issue. That bar has closed. We hope you will consider Bryant Real Estate and this home again in the future when planning a trip to the beach!!

Munger

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

Last minute thought

This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.

Clean, Bright, Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Munger was great! My initial impression was how bright, airy, and clean the space was! You could definitely tell the owners & Bryant Real Estate take pride in the quality of their rentals. There had definitely been some updates I had noticed that were different than the photos, including a nice, new, very roomy shower and new carpet! The location of the condo was great for exploring. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and taking a walk down the beach, and sitting on the balcony in the evenings people watching! The close proximity to the pier was also super convenient, as I was able to drop in for snacks and other things I forgot. The check in/check out process was a breeze as well. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and courteous
