(Also see “The Washington” for the downstairs condo.) This bright upstairs apartment has lots of windows and a high porch with views to the Northwest Quadrant, one of the four neighborhoods in Beaufort’s Historic District. The side door is used to walk upstairs to the condo. The small bedroom (just big enough for the bed) has a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath has a tub/shower and toilet. The living room offers a smart tv and small breakfast table with adjustable leaves. The kitchen has a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, full cooktop and oven. Coffee can be made using the keurig or French press. We enjoy sipping the coffee on the second story porch. It is 5 blocks to the bluff overlooking the Beaufort River and Beaufort's scenic Bay Street, then a little farther to the Waterfront park, restaurants, and shopping. The entire upstairs floor is accessible to guests including a large upper porch. The rear patio with table and chairs is available as well. There is off street parking available.

This was a great place to stay. Really cute, clean and walking distance to Bay St. Emily was very responsive to all my questions and answered promptly. We would definitely rent this place again!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, especially morning coffee on the porch! It was a perfect location for day trips to the beach, Savannah, and Charleston. Our host was gracious, helpful and accommodating.
We love this place and have stayed there twice. It’s charming and elegantly appointed and convenient to everything in the historic district of Beaufort. The innkeeper is top flight with full attention to every detail of hospitality.
We had the best time staying here! We saw so much of Beaufort on our little baby moon. The restaurants and views are amazing, Beaufort is such a charming town. Coming back to this place to rest was so refreshing between adventures. We slept well and came home well rested! Can’t wait to visit again!
Excellent location! We were able to walk right into Beaufort. The condo was absolutely beautiful, the trim in the house was photo worthy! Emily provided us all the info just prior to check in and the place was pristine.
Super neat and clean, with the simple extras that make traveling so much easier (Keurig, food wrap, condiments, etc ). Very quiet street with large sunny windows that look out onto greenery. The private upstairs porch was just right for a wine & cheese hangout.
Emily's second floor property was perfect for our visit to Beaufort. It was very clean and well apportioned. The second floor porch was especially nice for morning coffee and tea before starting our day! The property is close to everything worth seeing in historic Beaufort.
Beautiful apartment. Walking distance to lovely downtown Beaufort. Emily was super sweet and very helpful. I would recommend to all!
