Our fully furnished 1, 2 and 3 bedroom vacation rental condo suites all feature a living room, dining area, full kitchen and a large, private screened lanai.” | | This is a fully furnished, fully equipped two bedroom, two bath condominium Courtyard View suite will provide a view of the grounds and gardens and will accommodate up to six people. Dog friendly beach friendly.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach. Would recommend to anyone. Pet friendly even for dogs over 50 lbs.

The grounds were amazing and we loved the atmosphere here. We got to use the grills 2 times and that was convenient. The pool was great also. Very clean and well kept. The ladies in the office were super nice and we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been coming to Sanibel for approximately 6 years and we have liked to stay at Sanibel Moorings due to ability to bring our dogs, the location on the beach and the beauty of this property. In the last few years especially, we have found staying in condo #1511 to be especially nice as it was recently updated, the furniture is very comfortable, the rental is more affordable the beginning of December and we can bring our dogs to this unit. This has worked out well for our family and will most likely continue staying here for as long as we can!!

Great Facility- just OK Unit

The Sanibel Moorings is a great complex with beach and pool. Beach chaise lounges chairs and umbrellas provided. We had a really great week. This particular unit is at the end near the street so the lanai is really not desirably usable. The king bed mattress & springs need to be replaced and we experienced a lot of noise from chairs scraping the floor overhead at all hours of the day and night (need to have those owners add sliders to eliminate this). Nice large tvs with full cable channels and that would be enhanced with internet connection. Kitchen was well equipped. Note that paid laundromat is available onsite, no washer-dryer in unit. Fresh towels are available on request from laundry office at no cost. Polite, helpful management staff onsite.

Sweet Santibel Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the beach access was great having the chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday was a real treat!!! The property was clean inside and outside. Would absolutely stay again

Fantastic Stay!

The check-in process (even during COVID) was very efficient. The property was clean, and spacious upon first impressions. We had a leaky faucet one day and the on-site maintenance was there in minutes to fix it for us. We were disappointed that the facility was not renting kayaks or paddleboards, because of COVID, but other condo complexes nearby were providing these for guests. I would suggest the owners upgrade the pull out couch, it was a terrible mattress and was so loud that it was hard to sleep! The kids took turns sleeping on the cushions rather than on the actual pullout bed. I would also suggest stocking the condo with some blankets. No blanket was provided for the pull out couch. The condo facility did provide a "blanket" when requested, but all it amounted to was a paper gown. Other than that, the complex was great, the beach and beach chairs were perfect, and we had a fabulous time!

Botanical Seaside Paradise

The foliage on the grounds of the property made each unit very private. The beach access is amazing. The furnishings in the condo were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved our stay!

What a wonderful place! The room was plenty big for or family of four and the botanical garden grounds are stunning making the walk to the beach quite pleasent. The pools are small, but there was never lack of seating and they never felt crowded. Beach access is easy from any of the units and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the renters. We had a wonderful time!
