Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived early evening. Office had closed but easy to get key due to instructions. A grounds keeper was so kind to help us take our luggage to the room and with 3 young children it was greatly appreciated. Sanibel Moorings is a great location, very clean and easy access to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean but could use an update. Furnishings adequate but draperies tattered and could use replacement. Light bulbs burnt out and reported but not replaced during our stay. Exterior ceiling fan not working. Pictures show view of gulf but that view is only from master bedroom. Saw other units that have been updated and would request one of those next time. Pictures on website look better than in person.

Reviewer Comments: Un lugar muy lindo , pero falta mucho para llenar las expectativas del huésped , una cantidad de mosquitos k te hacen la estancia desesperante , no limpian ni cambian las toallas en toda tu estadía , es una pena k un sitio tan caro y tan bonito como es sanibel no cuente con todos los servicios fue el dinero mas malgastado de toda mi vida . No lo recomiendo )

Nothing compares to Sanibel Moorings. The beaches, the professional staff, the location, the condition of the condos... everything was top-notch. Cannot wait for the gulf front condos to be ready. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great property

Close to the beach, convenient, clean, and all around really good. The map makes things look much larger than they really are. It was only 30-50 yards to the parking, office, laundry, and pool, and maybe 100 to the water.

Clean and comfortable

Location was awesome, so close to the beach. Accommodations were really nice. Clean and comfortable. Process of check in and out was easy. Renting bicycles is simple and a great way to get around as driving a car on the island can be painfully slow. Great place for a vacation!
