A .7 mile walk to Garden City Pier and a short 1.7 mile drive to the new Surfside Pier and restaurants. Close to shopping, the Marshwalk, golf and mini-golf. The onsite restaurant and bar offers a fun menu for everyone to enjoy. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are inviting and waiting for you to enjoy. We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, candles, no hair dying. Bikes are NOT allowed in the rooms.
