Welcome to a well located North Miami Beach Townhouse to enjoy South Florida. Just relax and enjoy the proximity to the Beach in a very centric location close to everything.

This unique place has everything you need, including fast internet ideal for remote working! Located at only 6 minutes from the beach and very close to restaurants, malls, casinos, airport. Will provide you a wonderful experience.

1 Comfortable queen air Mattress (sheets are provided)

Are stocked with the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) our guests will need, towels are also included.

Kitchen:
Comes fully stocked for preparing a delicious meal with:
-Stove, Dishwasher, cookware, pots, pans, toaster, blender and utensils.
-Glasses for wine.
- Salt, sugar, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods
Coffee Station:
Drip coffee machine, Kettle ->complimentary Coffee and tea.

Dining Area:
- Table that seats 6 guests

Living room are:
Lots of place to sit and a Big SmartTV

Laundry
- There is a washer, dryer, iron with board. (Complementary laundry detergent charges included)

Outdoor:
-Cozy Backyard with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Driveway - Can fit up to 2 cars.

Location was convenient enough. Unit is large and spacious. Major problem with air conditioning that was not working when we arrived. Host had repairman out to fix it, and it worked for a few hours and then quit again. Host was able to monitor the temp in the house, but then claimed he didn't know a/c wasn't working. After 5 calls to host and 12 to vrbo, we were able to move out and get a refund. Tough experience overall.
