This three bedroom two full bath home includes a laundry room, private back patio for bbq fireplace and a beautiful grassy outdoor area to enjoy the magnificent vineyard view of Mt. Adam’s,the union gap and downtown . This location is within minutes of the freeway access, The convention center,local breweries such as Bale breaker brewery the public house brewery, Provisions restaurant and many more local restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for family. Not some fancy high end deal. Just a cute, clean, and family friendly place. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4to 6 kids/teens. Plenty of room for their friends to stop by between games and hang out, play cards, and feed 'em lunch. I don't think there was anything we needed the house didn't have. Ryan stopped in for some yard work and we chatted, great guy as well. Will be back next year for the State B-Ball tourney a 3rd time.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay here so much! It was incredibly hot weather and the house was perfectly cooled and so comfortable. Huge kitchen, and we easily could have had more people with us. Had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were just gorgeous from the front porch. We will definitely be back!

This prioerty had plenty of room for our family to be together for the weekend. There was room to have our dog as well which was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean.

The inside was very nice and comfortable. May need a few more plug ins for back bedrooms to accommodate charging for tech gear. The TV in masterbedroom needed a Roku account to operate. Very nice to have a washer and dryer as we had to fly into Seattle. Liked the fire pit outside but porch area may need some updating. Location was great for touring wineries,Mt Ranier.

Thank you for staying with us and your honest review after reading it I realized the batteries in the Master bedroom T.V remote were dead and have since been replaced and the tv is working as it should your suggestion has led us to purchasing lamps with additional outlets for people to charge there devices and I will be sprucing up the back porch little by little as time and funds become available we hope you enjoyed your stay and will stay with us again in the future.
