Take advantage of our assortment of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels for effortless beach days. Just minutes from Naples beaches, 5th Avenue,& Tin City. Neighboring construction may be audible/visible during workday hours but we have added extra poolside umbrellas for added privacy. A limited-time chance to experience Naples for less!

When I'm not on an adventure outdoors, you will probably finding me reading a good book by the pool or watching my kids play sports!

I have loved hosting and meeting new people through Airbnb! I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and give you as much privacy as you want! I am just a phone call away if you ever need anything!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Naples during the pandemic when we couldn't travel internationally and have come back several times a year ever since! I love Brookside because it is so close to the water! We can literally walk or ride our bikes to the Brookside Marina, Tin City and even 5th ave! I also love that we are so close to the Naples Pickleball Center where you can find me most every night we are in town!

Everything is new and fresh at Costa Bella! No used or 2nd hand furniture here! We strive to make your stay feel luxurious and peaceful in our clean, renovated and modern home!
