Brand new luxury condominium close proximity to town, ski area, trails and endless adventures! The town of Winter Park is 1.5 miles away, the ski area only 4 miles. This condo is in the beautiful Grand Park community, a neighborhood with amazing views, walking and hiking trails, xc skiing , snow shoeing, mtb single track, gravel riding, trout fishing, ultimate frisbee and more!. Everything is easily accessible on the free shuttle route 100 yds outside the condo building. Other nearby entertainment includes the Fraser tubing hill, Grand Park Recreation center (1 mi) with indoor pools, climbing wall, ice skating, and hockey rink. If you 'd prefer more relaxed activities, check out the charming towns of Winter Park and Fraser with their small shops, restaurants and breweries.

This second floor (accessible by stairs or elevator) 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium is an open single level floor plan with 12ft ft ceilings and is beautifully appointed! The condo has radiant heated floors to keep the spaces cozy and warm. Large windows bring cheer throughout the day. The spacious open kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and includes a gas range, microwave, beautiful granite countertops and large kitchen island for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen spills out into the inviting family room which has a 56 in smart t.v.

Bedroom 1 you will find a queen over queen bunkbed, bedroom #2 has a queen and bedroom #3 a king. Bedroom 2 and 3 also have 56 inch smart t.v.'s.

All 3 bathrooms are beautifully tiled and bright. Bathroom #1 has a tub, #2 and #3 have glass enclosure walk-in showers. Each bathroom is stocked with lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

For outdoor living there is a large patio complete with 6 person hot-tub, gas grill, comfortable sofa, chairs and table for relaxing and reminiscing about your days adventures!
Storage of your outdoor equipment is easy with access to a single car garage and ski locker outside the condominium front door.

Excellent all around property

Everything was precisely as advertised online. The host provided us with all the necessary information and presented a welcome manual with excellent recommendations. The apartment is genuinely comfortable and brand new. The kitchen is equipped with more than everything you might need. The bedrooms are cozy, warm, and comfortable. The bathrooms were tidy, clean, and equipped with essential items such as towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. The location was incredible. The host was extremely helpful when we had questions, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The apartment is excellent for a ski trip. Thanks for such a wonderful time! We look forward to returning.

Awesome property—you should stay!

We were happy with this stay in every way. The condo is practically brand new. Everything was so immaculate it felt like we were the first people ever to stay. The house had all of the dishes and pans and silverware and cooking utensils one could need. The bedrooms were spacious. The living area was great and had plenty of room for our party of 6. The hot tub was awesome and a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The location is great and right off highway 40. I had one question for the management company after hours and they responded in minutes. We have stayed at 50+ Vrbo and this is among the very best we have ever stayed at. Thank you to the hosts!

Greg and Kimber are Colorado natives and live on the front range. We bought a second home in our favorite place in the mountains. We are opening this brand new condo to others so they can create memories with their friends and families.
We have 2 kids, and we all love to Ski, Mountain bike, hike and enjoy just about anything outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We love Fraser, as it's close to everything including the grocery store, Vicious cycles brewery (2 minute walk), the better restaurants in the valley, quick access to the ski areas, and local trails. It has easy access to Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain National park.
