Summary:

Lei Lani 218, Best of Beach & Bay. Situated on Ole River, across the street from the beach with deeded beach access, you have the best of the beach and the bay at Lei Lani. Our spacious 1 BR/ 1.5 BA condo sleeps 4 & features beach views, washer & dryer, well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, & a balcony with a lovely beach view. Complex features 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis court, dock fishing on Ole River, & deeded beach access. 1-mile from the Flora Bama. Lei Lani 218 is the ideal spot for your next beach vacation.



The Space:

Unit 218 offers beach views from the living area and the balcony. The covered balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The spacious living area has ample seating with a couch and chair/ rocker. The dining table seats 4. Our beach-themed 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bath condo features tile & luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a well-equipped kitchen (offer a regular drip coffee maker in the kitchen), washer & dryer, & WIFI. With a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living area, unit 218 can comfortably sleep 4 guests.

Use the stoplight to stop traffic for a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access and indoor pool. The boat slips are for owners only. One mile from Flora Bama makes for a nice walk or quick Uber ride.

* Before going to the complex, you will need to visit our Bella Beach Properties office, which is located next to Bubba's in Orange Beach, to pick up parking pass.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all of the great beach-side and bay-side amenities at Lei Lani. The complex features a beach-side outdoor pool, a bay-side outdoor pool, an indoor pool, tennis court, dock fishing in Ole River, and deeded beach access at the beachfront tower.

This adorable place offers a great view of the beach from the balcony. It's a simple, safe walk across to the beautiful water and sand. It's also a bit out of the busy-ness, offering a bit more quiet and relaxation!Management was super friendly and quick to respond to questions - great stay!

Perfect beach vacation!

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were available to answer questions about the area and made our check in and check out processes proceed smoothly! Overall 10/10 stay!

My favorite Orange Beach spot

This is the perfect little condo to rent if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in Orange Beach. Great views in front and back, a traffic light crosswalk to the beach, and anything you may need is just a few minutes down the road. Not overcrowded like the high rises in the area. I’ve stayed in this condo multiple times and have never left disappointed.

Excellent location

The unit face the ocean just across the street. The only negative with the unit is that the temperature is difficult to keep regulated.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. Had to go to walmart to buy lysol and cleaning supplies. Also there were big roaches in our condo! I slept on the pull out bed in the living room because there was one right next to my pillow in the bedroom!

Oh wow. We sent a message 2 hours after check-in time saying, “We hope you have settled in and are off to a great vacation. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to let us know”. We never heard of a single issue during stay so assumed everything was perfect. The entire building has a pest bond through the HOA and the space is treaded regularly. We have never had an issue. A palmetto bug could have found its way in but this is an easy fix and certainly not a lingering issue. They are like a house fly in the sense that one could wander in if a door is open. Next time, please let us know during the stay if there is an issue negatively affecting the stay so that we can resolve it in a timely manner versus finding out after-the-fact though a poor review. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.
