Situated in a beautiful 40 acre artist preserve this tiny home is the perfect way to merge an experience in nature with the comfortability of a cozy private home. The ample acreage makes it feel like being lost in the beauty of wildlife and nature while being in the center of Longisland, with easy access to the north fork and south fork and many other towns worth visiting like, East port and West Hampton.

Please note because of the limited space this listing is a strictly a 2 person getaway and no extra guest are allowed to be invited onto the property unless if you have been specifically authorized to do so.
