Located in the middle beach area, less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and the public beach. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The open and airy layout features a large living area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with ample counter space and storage.
The three bedrooms provide plenty of room for your family of 8, and you can even bring your 4-legged friends. The two full bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy. This home has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer. Enjoy the added perk of living in a community with access to a refreshing pool, perfect for those warm days. Plus, with the beach just a short distance away, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf whenever you like.
