Quaint property in great Fells Point location. Easy check in process and larger than anticipated. It had everything we needed. Wonderful home away from home.
Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was seamless. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. Property was exactly as pictured/described on website. We loved walking to all the restaurants!
We prefer living like locals when we travel. This place was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable and spotless! The manager had incredible response time and was very considerate. It was very accessible and close to many things!
You can't beat the location! The place was charming and had everything we needed. John was extremely accommodating and was extremely quick to answer questions. I would highly recommend and give my highest rating!
It was so nice to spread out and have a big space for our weekend in baltimore. Lots lf charm. John was extremely accomodating for a late checkout. Check in was very easy.
This apartment was close to everything and such a cozy respite at the end of a busy cold day. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed having two bathrooms which was really unexpected for such a small space. The apartment gets great natural light and has a great layout. I especially loved the historical feel and eclectic furnishings that made it feel homey.
Perfect small apartment! Very clean and nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable and upstairs portable AC unit was perfect to cool the space and provide white noise. Street noise was minimal at night during our stay. Location was great! Easy walk to harbor in Fells Point and numerous restaurants. Short Uber rides to local attractions. Highly recommend!
The place was lovely and a good location. The host was amazing! A small issue with the air conditioner. He responded immediately and had several options/solutions. We highly recommend and will use again!
Adorable apartment in the heart of Fells Point. Quick walk to everything. We felt safe and cozy. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Communication wjth the owner was excellent. The only thing I would consider is that the stairs are narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues, you will need to be careful.
Survived the heat wave. Property is air conditioned which was not clear from the listing. Street parking is crowded but I was able to find space one block away.
The location, if you want to spend time at the harbor, is fantastic. Everything's walking distance. The appartment has lots of space and nice amenities, many of which are beautiful antiques. It reminded me of a nice BnB. The entry stairs, up a flight, are very steep and short. We had to turn our feet to go up and carrying a heavy suitcase up wasn't easy. The bedroom is up another flight of stairs. If you struggle with stairs, this isn't the place for you. But if you're okay with that and don't have significant luggage, it's a gorgeous place in a great location.
Nice place overall, but those were the most narrow and steep stairs I have ever experienced! This place is not suited for anyone that isn't in great physical shape. It is on second and third levels, so lots of stairs. We did enjoy the high ceilings and charm of this row house. The security gate was an added security measure and we liked having the little courtyard area away from the street. One of the reasons I selected this unit was it indicated there was off-street parking in the features and amenities (using filter on Vrbo). So we were surprised to find out that there was NOT off-street parking with this unit, only street parking, which was exceptionally challenging when returning back late at night. For this reason and those stairs, we won't be planning to stay here again in the future.
Excellent accommodations and location, a few blocks from the waterfront, and near restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate area. I will most definitely make this oasis my future go to.
A perfect fit for me as a single traveler. You have to go through the side gate into a courtyard to get to this apartment. I found the extra gate to be a nice touch for security since I'm a female travelling alone. It had a nice little kitchen complete with a stove, oven, and microwave. The dining room and living room were cozy and comfortable. A washer and dryer were there for my convenience. The apartment, overall, had a unique character that I found to be pretty cool. The only cons I can think of are the steep staircases, all the noise from the road, and parking, if you're not used to city parking. It turned out to be a great stay and I would love to stay again!
Last Friday our daughter was married at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. The property on Fleet St. served as a meeting place due to its location. It was also large enough for the bride and bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done and for all to dress.
The steep stairs dictated that running shoes would be worn to the venue. Lacking a dishwasher resulted in hand washing a number of dishes.
A good time was had by all and the property on Fleet Street served us well.
This property is a gem. The location is perfect. You can walk to the pier. The apt is clean and more spacious than I expected. The staff at the bar next door was amazing. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely return.
Property manager was great. Very spacious and comfortable. Great location and even walking distance to my family member which I was not aware at first. We enjoyed our stay

I personally restored the three vacation rentals that I offer through VRBO. It was important to me that they kept their original character and also had the quality to make the apartments luxurious and comfortable.
Why they chose this property
I bought in Fells Point because it is where history mixes with the charm of downtown activities, pubs and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is less than a mile to Johns Hopkins, the Inner Harbor, Stadium and Harbor East. Within a few blocks is the water taxi, accessing Fort McHenry and all other areas of the Baltimore Harbor. Also, within a few blocks is bus transportation and taxi's unlocking access to the MTA, Amtrack and BWI. When you stay At Fells Point or At Fells Point Top Side a car is not necessary to shop, conduct business, travel and enjoy your stay.
