Beautiful Modern Renovated Family Oasis With Pool

We’d love to introduce you to the 1670 Beach House!
Outside the home, you’ll find a Florida oasis:
An air-temperature pool (floaties are stored in the laundry room). The pool is serviced weekly, and we try to personally come between all bookings to ensure there aren’t leaves or other debris hanging around. We understand that families with small children may not feel comfortable with the pool in the backyard—with notice, we’re happy to put up a security fence. Note: Even though a removable security fence may be installed, we still recommend children be supervised at all times when outside. The pool is not heated.
Tucked around the corner, there’s a 3-hole putting green (balls and putters can also be found in the laundry room), and a hammock big enough for two. In the event of inclement weather, the hammock may be stored in the garage, too.
Under a shaded canopy opposite the putting green, there’s a wicker dining set with seating for 6. Next to it is a built-in serving area with a gas grill and 58” outdoor TV with cover (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ with TV antenna that gets CBS/FOX/NBC local channels). The TV cover can be hard to reach and you may need a stepstool to reach it.
The yard is fully fenced with 2 gate entrances (1 behind the mini golf area, and 1 to the left of the grill). If you’re bringing a furry friend, please double-check that the gates are closed. Our maintenance help is really good about keeping them closed, but it never hurts to check!
There are 4 parking spaces (2 in garage & 2 in driveway). There is no street parking in the neighborhood, so please make sure to park in these designated spaces or else you’ll get towed. And that would definitely suck.
Inside the home, you’ll find spacious lodging for families and pets alike:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: We outfitted all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and the best bath towels I could find. The largest 3 bedrooms have 58” smartTVs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and TV antenna. The kids’ room with bunk beds has a 48” smartTV. Bedroom configurations include:

North side of home:
• 1 bedroom with TWIN bunk beds (2 twins on top of one another);
• 1 bedroom with QUEEN bed & small desk
South side of home:
• 1 bedroom with QUEEN bed (main home bathroom is next to this bedroom);
• 1 bedroom with QUEEN bed and SOFA bed (this is the MASTER; it has its own private bathroom with shower).
There are 2 bathrooms in total:
• MASTER bath has walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and a hand-held shower head;
• MAIN bath has a soaking tub and a hand-held shower head.
Living Room: Living room is really open to both the patio and the kitchen/dining. It has a couch (large enough for another sleeper—linens can be found in the linen closet) and a 65” smartTV with the same Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and antenna options.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig coffee maker (regular sized pods + pod so you can bring your own ground coffee), toaster, electric water kettle, and a wine cooler built into the island. New, high-end stainless steel appliances (Samsung refrigerator and glass top electric stove/oven, microwave). Quartz countertops with 3 bar-height stools at the breakfast bar. Our home includes the kitchen basics (salt, pepper, olive oil), servingware, silverware, and both stainless steel and non-stick cookware. Dining room table seats 8.
Laundry Room: Full-sized, front-loading Electrolux washer and dryer. Tide detergent provided. Please avoid using bleach in our machines.
We have two security cameras on site. One is a Nest Doorbell by the front door and the other is a Nest floodlight over the driveway. Please do not touch the cameras.
