Shopping, various dining options, next to Royal Oaks Golf Club, 15-minute drive to PDX airport. Plus, under a mile away from the major freeways, making your travel adventures a total pleasure. This is a newly furnished 1300+ sqft single-story home with beautiful yard in the end of a private street. * This is part of a duplex, but two units are entirely separated with no shared walls. Guests have the access the front courtyard, one carport space in the end of driveway and extra parking at the premise. The home is tucked away in a private Cul-de-sac, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are two covered carport parking immediately next to the door, great for anyone with mobility concerns. Extra parking spaces available as well. Close to Vancouver Waterfront; Columbia River Gorge; PDX and various hiking trails. This is a good central location for sightseeing day trips for Portland and SW Washington area.
