Ótimo apto ,tudo que esta divulgado se comprova na integra, excelente localização próximo de restaurantes , bares, pizzarias e padarias,de ótima qualidade. Local tranquilo, silencioso e nobre. O CASAL de proprietários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos e de presteza e gentileza sem igual, agradeço a eles por nos ajudar a passar dias tão agradáveis em Cabo Frio.
