About this property

Open floor plan redesigned w/ bedroom theming and Modern Luxury. Largest lot in the neighborhood will be equipped with a playset, outdoor games & more. Each bedroom has its own full bath, providing ultimate privacy for all guests & families. A balcony view for afternoon relaxing time from one of the rooms. Our large pool & hot tub are frequently maintained to ensure a clean & enjoyable experience. The movie theatre hosts large groups w/ comfort. A game room in one garage & exercise equipment in the other make this home a resort. Pet friendly. Managed by Plus Vacation Homes.

THE SPACE:
12 Bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and a half bathroom outdoor in the back yard.

-Four bedrooms on the main floor each with a King Bed
-Three Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a King Bed
-Three Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a Queen Bed
-Two Bedrooms (Lion King and Mickey Safari) each have 2 Full over Full Bunks (both rooms sleep eight total)

Large kitchen with five barstools in a large island and a table for 16, 2 refrigerators, two dishwashers, oven and stove top.

Remote working space in the common living room and another private working space in the Travel themed bedroom.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day. POOL FACING SOUTH WEST

PS4 in the living space upstairs and one garage with games.

Beautiful House

The pictures do not do this gorgeous house justice! It really looks even better in person! However you can tell some previous tenants didn’t take care of it because I had to inform the owners of several issues we noticed when we arrived i.e. broken blinds, broken dryer, broken doors, etc and the biggest problem was the roaches we kept seeing. If these few things get attended too, this is by far the perfect house.

Great Experience at property

Great property to stay with friends and family with lots of room. Plenty of space outside as well. Quick response from the host. Will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great Place but Hot Tub/Pool Broken

The house was amazing & suited all of our needs. However, one of the major reasons for booking the house was the hot tub & pool & we were unable to utilize due to the system having a major leak & heating issue. We communicated the issue but didn’t hear a response back until the following day, in which we had to depart. We were only refunded for the heating costs of the pool & a minuscule amount towards the entire booking. We were hoping for better customer service/compensation.
