Surrounded by a lush natural landscape, casabianca residence in karystos, joins harmoniously the local ingredients with human art.

Behind the impressive wooden door (with separate openings for cars and pedestrians) lies a huge garden with lawns where are kept trees / plants of the region.

Dimensions of residence: 368 square meters

The ground floor consists of a large living room (sitting room for 7 people with fireplace and dining room for 6 people), kitchen, wc and a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. The living room and bedroom have large openings with direct access to the garden where there is a stone courtyard with pergola, outdoor dining area, garden furniture and a large pool 12×6 meters with pool chairs.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with its own fireplace) , which have their own bathroom, ensuite access to vast independent stone terraces overlooking the city, the city of karystos and other islands, such as andros.

All areas of the residence have clean, earthy colors and selected art objects that supplement the distinctive natural beauty while giving an aura of relaxation and home coziness.

Highly recommend yanni’s villa, it was the highlight of our whole stay on Evia! Gorgeous pool, very spacious house, fully equipped. Beautiful decor throughout with lovely attention to detail. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it.

Fabulous house with great amenities.

Elegant and comfortable home with a very nice pool, and an accommodating cleaning, maintenance and grounds keeping staff. The seaside town of Karystos and surronding villages were a delight to visit and explore the sites. There are also some great scuba diving and snorkling spots throughout the bays of Karystos and Marmari in southern Evia.

Perfect family holidays!

Set on the outskirts of a lovely fisherman's village this villa was exactly what we needed for our family holiday. The villa is within very close proximity to the beach, the tavernas and local amenities, but at the same time offers the seclusion and peace you are looking for in a summer retreat. The kids loved playing at the pool during the day, while my husband and I enjoyed dinner and wine under the stars when the children went to bed. Bliss !!! We have already booked to go back this summer and this time we are staying not one but 2 weeks:)

Incredible luxurious house! So nice and cozy! We had such a lovely staying...it was such a relaxing and beautiful place.The private swimming pool is one of the best aspects of the house!!! The area is incredible as well, very close to the sea. Great view!
