This home features open living spaces allowing for easy conversation between the living, kitchen, dining, and dining room. The living room offers ample seating, a TV, and colorful decor. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you may need to whip up meals for a large group. Steps away, enjoy a more traditional meal at the dining table set for 4, or feel free to dine al fresco on the screened porch.

The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 beautiful bedrooms and a Queen blow up air mattress.
Bedroom #1 is featuring a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 offers a Twin day bed with Twin trundle
In addition to the private bathroom, there is an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs and a hot tub that is exclusive to residents and guests. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in a quick 6-minute drive. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
No hanging items on the balcony railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.)
Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager
Keep the balcony and entrance doors closed when the HVAC is being used.

Amazing Trip!

We had such a great trip! The place was very clean and quiet. We felt right at home with our kids! The owner’s mother was in the pool when we were and our two year old talked about her for the rest of the night. Very friendly and personable! We accidentally left some belongings and the owner was very responsive and shipped them to us. Would definitely stay again 🙂
