Hi-end fully furnished; 24-hour guarded Condo in central Taiwan. 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on the7th floor with elevator service. Within walking distance to the Train Station, night market, and grocery markets. Downstairs is a 7-11 convenience store and a City Bike station across the street in the park. Free Wi-Fi and the owner gives a $35 allowance per month for water, electricity, and gas. Residents pay the overage beyond $35. FYI, $30 is the average monthly bill for most families. The management can provide one initial linen sheets, toilet paper, towels, and soap. Guests are responsible for buying subsequent supplies. The condo can accommodate up to five people max.
