Quiet and charming neighborhood to relax in that is very close to the rocket launches and surf. A short drive to MCO makes this an easy getaway for us to enjoy and share with others.

This house was a prototype built in 1984 by a prolific NASA engineer, Don Arabian. It is truly one of a kind and was ahead of its time with design elements to improve energy efficiency with natural light and incorporating mixed materials to keep the house temperate.
