A contemporary private space located in bright Sayreville, NJ. Located right off of the Garden State Parkway and Routes 9 | 35, it is no more than a 40 minute drive to NYC and 30 minutes from Newark Airport to rent an affordable modern space. Close to New Brunswick and all major shopping malls, hospitals, Rutgers College and so much more.
The space
This is a completely private guest space with your own entrance. We curated this space to be self sufficient, cozy and as aesthetically pleasing as possible. We hope that you show it as much love as we put into the process of creating it. The space includes a 55" Smart TV, 1 Gb high-speed Wi-Fi service, a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, private bathroom and desk. The space also includes a hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and iron. The smart TV includes complementary Netflix, Youtube TV and PLEX TV!

The space includes a main living area and personal full bath.
Other things to note
Street parking is consistently available.

There is a mechanical sound when the toilet is flushed or water runs for a period of time. This is completely normal.

We have a tankless water heater which means the water can take a couple seconds to a minute to get hot but once hot, it is unlimited!

Your safety and security are paramount to us. For this reason, we've installed security cameras outside our property only.

1 or 2 guests may visit but no overnight stays please. The space was only designed to accommodate 2. No excessive music. Please ensure key is returned at end of stay to avoid incurring a $35 replacement fee.

Please ensure the inner shower curtain stays in the tray to avoid puddles on the floor.
