The cabin was very clean and welcoming. Our stay was great and enjoyed by all ages. Weather was rainy one day but we found plenty to do inside and out.
The hot tub was wonderful and the house was extremely clean and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were the icing on the cake. We had the most amazing time.

Thank you for choosing our Cabin Sabrina!!! Glad you enjoyed it!! Thank you for such great communication!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The drive way was awful and we were in suv and 4x4. The driveway next to us was blocked off. There were two bottles of propane but one was empty and the other maybe half full. Considering we booked for nine nights.

Glad you enjoyed your stay.. unfortunately it had been raining before your stay and the rain rolled rocks down the driveway making it difficult for you to drive up.. cleaning company told me one propane tank was full and brand new and the other was half so maybe you were not aware… please know that if you needed more propane or had any problems, you could have called, text or messaged me and I would have tried my best to make your stay better..

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed your stay! We would love to host you again in the future!
We spend Christmas here with family. Great place to relax. Cabin is very close to the park and trails. Drive way was steep with loose gravel-I don't recommend low cars. You're also much closer to the neighbors than the pictures depict, but it's still a great cabin. Cabin was very clean, hot tub was great, very responsive host. Lot's of nearby trails to chose from!
Cozy cabin in broken bow for any trip! This cabin is in a neighborhood of cabins that are very close together but all really cute/cozy! The check-in process was super easy and wonderful communication with the host. It’s stocked with everything you need in the kitchen & hot tub was easy/lovely too! Our only advice is to drive a larger vehicle because it is up a hill and our car was only able to make it half way up when it rained. Beds were comfy & lots of blankets too! Very clean & wonderful stay!
Check in pricess was super easy, it was very clean and beautiful and they had everything that we could possibly need. Host answered my question within a few hours and is very sweet. Would definitely go back
The cabin is just as nice as the pictures. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect and very nice since most places have a 3 night minimum. We cooked out, roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, played games, and got in the hot tub. We have zero complaints and definitely recommend to others. The house is very well equipped with all necessities. The location is close to Hochatown where we went to the animal rescue petting zoo and hiking at the Friendship loop trail. There are tons of things to do in the area.

VRBO host for 10 years, and was shocked by the following. Arrived to an overloaded dishwasher that did not clean well. Should not have to unload and wash other guests dishes. Only left 2pods so we washed by hand. A shattered TV that the owner knew about. A dirty, moldy trundle bed that we could not use. The basement with the bunkbeds was damp and odorous and the top mattress has huge holes in the side exposed to the bottom bunk, with a spider going in and out of the hole. The rug under the table is disgustingly dirty with pet and food stains and it stinks when heat is on. The access driveway to the house was dangerously impassable in a steep hill with large deep potholes. A fire truck would never be able to get up there. Some towels were stained and had rips and holes. Some of the linens were dirty with food stuck on them and a throw pillow had urine or something like it on it which we put out on the front porch to air out. A piece of the door frame with nails fell off and hit my daughter on the head without injury. . No wine glasses, no tissues, filthy windows that cannot even be looked through. Owner was aware of the TV, but didn’t realize it was “that bad” and was going to leave it until I alerted her so as not to be blamed. The next day another TV came and the door molding was fixed. She apologized about the driveway but it should have been taken care of sooner, before guests come. Kids couldn’t use unsafe warped frame swings. A poorly kept, dark fire trap.

Kathleen, you messaged me during your entire stay. I did everything to make you happy from having a new TV delivered and installed (cause previous renter caused a crack on one of the 4 TV’s , i had the cleaning company go out and clean anything you were not happy with… also sent a handyman to fix whatever door frame you said fell however when they arrived, it was fine. Cleaning lady asked if you needed anything else and you responded that everything was perfect… you didnt ask for more pods, didn’t complain about beds, or rugs smelling. She would have taken care of all that. This review has shocked me.. Remember when renting a cabin in a state park, this is not a 5 star all
Inclusive resort.. windows will not be crystal clear, we are surrounded by nature, trees, rocks, dirt and this is what is amazing about staying in a cabin. I’m sorry your stay was so terrible. You also complained about the entire state of Oklahoma! Wow
Everything was great. Only thing we had an issue with was the can opener doesn’t work so that was a problem when dinner came around so pack you a can opener. Every thing else was great. Dog friendly. The hot tub was great we used it in the mornings and evening and enjoyed it! The cabin was nice and everyone said all our beds were very comfortable! We enjoy our stay! Thank you
