Welcome to our apartments in the heart of Zona Rosa. Each space is decorated with handcrafted clay pieces made in the community of Yojuela, Oaxaca, adding an authentic touch of Mexican culture. The building offers great amenities like a jacuzzi, gym, and coworking spaces—perfect for relaxing or staying productive while exploring Mexico City.



Located just steps from the Angel of Independence, Paseo de la Reforma, and the famous Orinoco tacos, you’ll be right in the center of it all.



The Space:

Our apartments are designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy beds, a sofa, kitchenette, and laundry facilities. You’ll enjoy a nice city view, work out in the gym, get things done in the coworking space, or simply unwind in the jacuzzi.



Remember, the building also offers common areas you’ll share with other guests, such as the lobby, gym, rooftop, and jacuzzi.

Guest Access:

Due to the building’s security policies, we require online check-in on our website prior to arrival, along with valid ID for access.



Upon arriving at the building, you and your companions must register at the lobby with the front desk staff, who will then provide you with access.



You may leave your luggage in our storage room.

Check-out: 11:00 AM



The building also offers common areas you’ll share with other guests, such as the lobby, gym, rooftop, and jacuzzi.



-Rooftop: 09:00 am - 09:00 pm

-Jacuzzi: 09:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

La Juárez is one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods. From here, you can easily visit landmarks like the Angel of Independence, Chapultepec Park, and a wide range of museums. A walk down Paseo de la Reforma is always worth it.



If you’re looking for fun and nightlife, La Juárez is also known for its lively bars and clubs, making it a perfect spot to experience the energy of Mexico City.

Other Things to Note:

- A valid ID is required to register upon arrival. If you arrive early, you may leave your bags at reception.

Remember, all guests are required to present their ID for access.

- Due to the prime location, urban noise may be present at times—earplugs are available upon request.

- Drug use and parties are strictly prohibited.

Please note this is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking indoors will result in a penalty.

- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment and must be leashed in common areas. Any damage caused by pets will incur an additional fee.

- Extra cleaning services are available for an additional cost

- Security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety.

- Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the apartments.
