.Our condo is an end unit (third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead Golf Course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk complex.It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of Highway 501 and the 17 bypass.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

No motorcycles /trailers /pets /smoking, or parties are allowed by the owner or HOA.
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent

We really enjoyed our stay. We came to town for the weekend for a baseball tournament and the owner was extremely cooperative. The place was super clean, perfectly stocked with everything we could need, and in a very convenient location. We will absolutely look at this place first the next time we come to town!

But I do have a question: In conjunction with your rental, I submitted a detailed directive, which essentially stated in part that if you had an issue, and you were not going to consider five stars, that I would be allowed to rectify the perceived problem(s)… Before and during your stay. I never received any negative feedback… No, issues were articulated… The four-star rating doesn't appear to be consistent with your complimentary narrative...

Another great vacation

Great Winter Getaway

Great location, fabulous view of the golf course. We really appreciated the extras supplied (i.e. beach towels) as it was one less thing we had to pack and bring along. Commnication with the owner was excellent.

Often times I am asked if the condo has an elevator and I have to say no, being on the third floor does have certain drawbacks, but the pond and golf course view is not one of them. The view has been described by some as awesome, exceptional, and spectacular. The location is often overlooked, but not by this guest. The condo is centrally located near the airport. Professional baseball team, golf courses(13) Broadway at the beach, restaurants, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Tangiers outlets, Market Commons, Grand Park athletic complex (softball), to name a few

The condo has been used but not abused. It is clean and tastefully decorated. It is an end unit on the third floor, with vaulted ceilings and extra newly installed windows (2024) The decoration motif is a blend of golf and beach. The bathrooms have brass fixtures. Walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
