This beautiful town home, only 1.5 years old, is your perfect Lynchburg stay! The spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a half bath. It has a large kitchen and an open concept for gatherings! There’s plenty of seating at the dining room table, kitchen bar, and living room couch. For more fun there's a gas fire pit out back with seating and a living room electric fire place as well to keep you cozy. The home also features desk space and a laundry room. Don't miss the convenient half bathroom on the main floor!
The queen and twin bedrooms upstairs each have a closet the master bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 sinks! It also has a dresser in the room. There are luggage racks in the rooms as well.
Drive just a few miles to reach the Lynchburg airport, Liberty U, shopping and restaurants. Drive 15 minutes from the home to reach downtown Lynchburg, Randolph College, and University of Lynchburg.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave unused towels where they are.
Do not remove mattress or pillow protectors or comforters. If those were soiled, notify us.
If any blankets were used (outside of placing them on top of the comforters) please place those with the sheets and pillowcases that were used. Any unused beds should be left as is.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not eat in the bedrooms.
Please only use our “makeup” towels for removing makeup to help prevent stains on our white towels.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property, outside of the property, or in the parking lot. Violators will be charged a $250 fine.

We had a wonderful stay in this property! It was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the host was responsive and very kind! We were in town to visit our LU daughter and this house was very comfortable for us, her grandparents and her siblings! We look forward to returning to LU and staying at this property again!

The property was very nice! Well stocked as we cooked in two nights. The decor is lovely with plenty of space to spread out. We experienced periods of slow data speeds when working remote, watching videos on phone/ipad, etc but it passed without much trouble. I would recommend this unit and stay again at a future time.

Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding week. This home helped us to feel relaxed and comfortable helping to set the tone for our busy week! Wonderful, immaculate home and pleasant stay!

We've stayed at this location twice in the last month and for both stays the house more than meet expectations! My nieces said it was their dream house! The beds were SO comfortable, towels were plenty, and they even offered stocked bathrooms (shampoo, etc!) Checkout was easy, the house was super clean and the owners communicated kindly and quickly! Definitely recommend and we will plan to stay again on our visits to Lynchburg!

We wished there was a grill. No pool. The security code for the door is long and difficult to remember. The thermostat setting was on 84. However the owners responded quickly to the thermostat issue. Overall a nice stay. The kitchen is stocked well and can seat a lot of people comfortably.

I’m so sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your stay! I did check the listing and this home is not advertised as having a pool or grill. I do send instructions for how to adjust the thermostat, but I’m sorry it was warm for you. It is not on a schedule, but it does go to eco mode when it senses less motion in the home. Wedding weekend

We came into town for family wedding at Glencliff Manor, which is ~ approx. 1.5 miles away from VRBO. Easy access . Place was beautiful. Check in process very smooth. Sofa is extremely comfy and living room chairs as well. Just a few things to note… there is only 1 TV in entire place with teenagers/adults this makes it difficult at times. The weekend was extremely hot and humid, so if you travel in summer months know that not being able to access the pool is disappointing. Would definitely return to stay at this VRBO….. also grocery store just a few mins away was an added plus!

I was born and raised in Maryland, but have lived in Lynchburg for 10 years now. Like many Lynchburg transplants, LU brought me to the area and has become my home! I have worked in property management for 5 years now (mainly working with long term rentals) and managed 4+ different short term specific homes like this one!

I thoroughly enjoy each aspect of property management, especially making a home warm and welcoming for all guests that enter!

This neighborhood is brand new! The home is only 1.5 years old. It is a very convenient location and beautiful area to stay in!

What makes this property unique

I cannot take any credit for the furnishings and decor! However, the designer did a fantastic job making this place have beautiful and comfortable furnishings that provide more than you could ask for. It also is in great condition since it is a new build home and features all modern appliances and systems.
