Well-appointed home in a great neighborhood. This home is perfect for a golf getaway, snowbirds, watch your favorite team in spring training action or simply enjoy our fantastic weather. Even though close to many attractions, airports and highways the home offers a peaceful environment for you to enjoy the sunny weather. Home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a newly remodeled guest bathroom with a tub, vanity and tiles to match the vinyl flooring seen in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes brand new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Spacious living room includes new furniture and a brand new vinyl floor and the covered patio is equipped with a gas grill for all your grilling needs and out door lighting for your nightly out door activities. Private Garage with additional parking on the driveway and an enclosed backyard to enjoy the Arizona sun year round. Our home is conveniently located 30 miles away from both Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and Phoenix International airport with easy access to area highways. Our home also includes flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom, high-speed internet with WiFi access, washer/dryer, a king bed in master bedroom that leads to a master bathroom. A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom with plenty of closet space for a comfortable stay room n both rooms. Brochures of nearby places to visit are kept in the house for our guest's convenience. The HOA offers a gated community pool which is located 2-3 blocks (2-3 minutes walking distance) from our home. (available through April-October). Although not heated, the pool offers a peaceful place to lounge, read, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Used Comforters/blankets should be left on the bed.

This property was cozy, very clean, had lots of natural light and well equipped for our stay. The check in was easy and having a garage is so appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the BBQ grill worked well and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and air traffic. We hung a hummingbird feeder and the birds found it quickly since they were feeding on the flowers along the house. There's a neighborhood Walmart and nice park/botanical garden within walking distance and downtown Mesa is a short drive away. The host was very accommodating and available. We would recommend this property and stay again.

Cute place and had all the things that we needed. Had nice beds and the bathrooms were in decent shape with a small kitchen fridge, which is a little bizarre. but had all the things we needed including a washer and dryer to stay in Arizona for five days. Affordable and good value overall. Wi-Fi wasn’t immediately available, but owners were responsive and got us the information within the hour. Solid place to stay.
