Casa Capri super new loft in Navigli/Bocconi near Armani and Fondazione Prada!
A due passi dall'università Bocconi e dalla zona Navigli, loft di 75 mq molto luminoso su due livelli, con area living , bagno, lavanderia e cabina armadio al piano terra e ampia zona notte abitabile al piano superiore. Al loft si accede da un comodo ingresso diretto sulla via. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono l'università Bocconi, il naviglio Pavese e la Darsena, i verdi parchi della Resistenza e Ravizza e la fermata Tibaldi/Bocconi, la filovia 90/91 e la linea tranviaria 15 per il Duomo.
L’appartamento è nuovissimo ed è accessoriato di ogni comfort! Dalla cucina alla cabina armadio tutto è stato pensato per far trascorrere ai nostri ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile! La biancheria è stata selezionata con cura tra quelle di migliori qualità e offriamo un piccolo necessaire da bagno per ovviare ad eventuali dimenticanze!

Quartiere strategico del centro di Milano tra l’università Bocconi e i romantici Navigli, ricco di verdi parchi e mercati contadini di zona. Passeggiando nei dintorni si possono ammirare villette in stile liberty e gradevoli architetture moderne.
A pochissimi metri dall’alloggio è possibile trovare la fermata bus/tram in via Tibaldi dove con la Linea 15 si raggiunge piazza del Duomo in soli 12 minuti. La linea bus 91 invece è utile per raggiungere molte attrazioni turistiche come Fondazione Prada e altri musei!

School Visit
Visited Bocconi with my teenage son. The place was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Short walk to many restaurants, the school, and public transportation.

Ideal for family close to Universities
The apartment is very comfortable, aditional to the bedroom it has an extra bed in stead of sofabed. It´s spacious, has A/C, washer, very well equiped kitchen and a separte closet. We found everything we needed.
The location is very good, just steps away form the several public transport lines. If you like to walk it´s a 12 minute walk to the Navigli area and to Bocconi University. Also a supermarket and several cafes very close by.
The host was very helpful with checkin information.
I would definately recommend Casa Capri.

Super appartement
Ich habe mit Freundinnen vier Nächte in der Wohnung-Capri verbracht. Strategisch gut gelegene, komplett neue, moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, schöne Wohnung in der Navigli-Viertel in Milano, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bzw. Haltestellen ganz in der Nähe, so dass in jede Richtung gute Anbindungen bestehen, die Innenstadt ist sogar zu Fuß in gute halbe Stunde gut zu erreichen. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Das Apartment-Capri ist in jeder Hinsicht eine sehr gute Wahl. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Négy éjszakát töltöttem barátnőkkel a Capri-apartmanban. Stratégiailag jó fekvésű, teljesen új, modern, ízlésesen berendezett, szép lakás a Navigli-negyedben Milánóban, a tömegközlekedés ill. a megállók nagyon közel vannak, így a város minden pontjára gyorsan el lehet jutni, a belváros akár gyalog is könnyen elérhető, alig több mint fél óra alatt. Problémamentes be- és kijelentkezés. Minden tekintetben jó választás, jól éreztük magunkat!
Ho trascorso quattro notti nell'appartamento di Capri con i miei amici. Strategicamente ben posizionato, completamente nuovo, moderno, arredato con molto gusto, bellissimo appartamento nel quartiere dei Navigli a Milano, mezzi pubblici e fermate molto vicine, quindi ci sono buoni collegamenti in ogni direzione, il centro è anche a una buona mezz'ora di cammino facile da raggiungere. Check-in e check-out senza problemi.
L'appartamento-Capri è un'ottima scelta sotto ogni aspetto. Ci siamo sentiti bene.
