THE OUTDOOR SPACE



Step outside to your private patio, soak up the sun on the lounge chairs, or take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool. Fire up the grill for a meal outdoors, and as evening falls, string lights and the crackle of the fire pit set the mood for a relaxed night with family and friends.



INSIDE THE HOME



The open-concept living room and kitchen flow together as one connected space, easy to relax in after a day in Miami. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, settle in at the desk for work, or spend quality time together — the space adapts to whatever your day calls for.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a double-wall oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full set of cookware. Six guests can comfortably gather at the dining table, with two more at the breakfast bar.

• Bedroom 1 – Primary (Sleeps 2): King bed + ensuite bathroom + TV + backyard access

BATHROOMS



2 full bathrooms. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink; the second bathroom is in the hallway for Bedrooms 2 and 3. All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer, and more.



GOOD TO KNOW



• Parking: The driveway accommodates 1 car, with space for 2 more directly in front of the house on the street. Paid parking is available at a garage 0.1 miles away.

• Family + Laundry Essentials: The home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A Pack 'n Play with sheets and a high chair are available upon request.

Guest Access:

The house is exclusively yours, with no sharing with other guests. Enjoy unrestricted access to the private pool, backyard, and entire house. Pool service takes place every Monday, and lawn service takes place every other Monday — the service providers will briefly access the outdoor area on these days.



For housekeeping and owner supplies, some closet space in the primary bedroom remains locked. Guests still have access to closet space in the same room for their belongings.



The driveway accommodates 1 car, with space for 2 more on the street.

The Neighborhood:

SuCasa Oro is located in Spring Garden, one of Miami's oldest residential neighborhoods and a designated historic district dating back to the early 1900s. Tucked along the Miami River, the area is known for its tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and a quieter, more residential feel that's a world apart from the high-rises just minutes away.



Despite the peaceful setting, you're just a couple blocks from the main highways and walking distance to some of the city's hottest restaurants — Kiki on the River and Seaspice. South Beach and Miami Beach are about 15 minutes east, Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District average 10 minutes north, Little Havana and 8th St are 10 minutes west, and Downtown Miami and Brickell are just 5–8 minutes away.



It's a family-oriented neighborhood, with the Culmer Metrorail station a 5-minute walk away.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to explore Miami from the home. Since the home is only 1 minute from the highway entrance, you'll have easy access to everything Miami has to offer — most attractions are no more than 15 minutes away.



The driveway accommodates 1 car, with 2 more fitting on the street directly in front of the house. If you'll have more vehicles than that, let us know in advance so we can check what's possible.



Culmer Station Metrorail is a 5-minute walk away — it connects to MIA airport or, via a 2-stop transfer, to the free Metromover for getting around Downtown and Brickell.

Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted on the backyard patio only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.

• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the home cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.

• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.

• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: For reservations with more than 6 guests, a fee of $25 per night applies to each guest beyond the 6th. This fee helps cover the additional supplies provided and extra wear and tear on the home.

Your stay is completely private, but my wife, Vanessa, and I, your hosts at SuCasa Vacay, are always available if you need us. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, and you can reach us throughout your stay with any questions or requests. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, and can also assist with other languages using translation tools. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
