This classic, but totally updated, modern home was the perfect spot for an extended stay while in RI for a family wedding. Morning coffee on the expansive covered front porch while looking at the view of the water and boat activity is a perfect way to start your day. Walking distance to a hidden beach and walking trails in Rocky Point Park is an added bonus. Close to restaurants, 20 minutes to Providence and 45 minutes to Newport make it a perfect central point to explore RI. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Rhode Island. This house was in the perfect location for morning coffee on the front porch while watching the bay. The neighborhood was quiet and the state park next to it was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and the owners were very helpful. The house’s description and pictures are 100% accurate.
We loved the house. It was amazing. The shower room was spectacular. The views from the front porch breathtaking we wanted to move the whole house home with us. Loved every minute.
Absolutely beautiful waterfront home with spectacular views of Narragansett Bay. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked daily around beautiful Rocky Point Park. House was spotless and our hosts were so nice and available whenever you had a question. I actually shed a tear or two when we had to leave!! Thank you Jackie and Robert
When we first arrived at the house we were greeted by a beautiful bouquet of white roses on the kitchen counter. The next morning we awoke to a gorgeous sunrise coming across the bay. There were so many things we liked about this house- the view of the water, the location, layout, cleanliness, decor and the thoughtful hints as to where to eat and places to visit. We hope to be able to come back someday for a longer stay.

The feedback from hosting has brought us so much joy knowing guests had a wonderful experience enjoying the beautiful views, peaceful location, and all that Rhode Island has to offer.
We are native Rhode Islanders and spend much of our time traveling and boating in Narragansett Bay and New England so we have plenty of recommendations for any adventures you may want to experience.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the view and proximity to Rocky Point State Park for the beach, walking, running, or biking along the 2.5 mile path, fishing off of the 280 ft pier or shoreline, and attending summer activities such as: movie nights in the park, food trucks, and the Rocky Point Historic Baseball Festival. In the winter, the park hosts fireworks on New Years Eve. These are just a few examples of what the park offers to the public. Check out: visitwarwickri.com/venue/rocky-point-park
The neighborhood is also very quiet, safe, and appreciate our friendly and helpful neighbors.
What makes this property unique
The home is only125ft from the shoreline along with many other access points within the neighborhood. The view! We love the scenic view from the large covered front porch, especially while enjoying coffee while watching the boats and sunrise over the water.
Our backyard is very private with lush garden beds, Edison string lights, and a large firepit. We enjoy grilling, laying in the sun, and relaxing around the firepit. We have a shed in the backyard with yard games including cornhole, bocce, and horseshoes.
