The open floor plan has hardwood flooring, large expansive windows, full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 4, dining area for up 6; living area has flat screen TV, gas fireplace. A couple of bonus amenities include a Peloton bike with full instructions and ROKU streaming services. Located on the ground floor of the building. Winter Park STR #12431.

Perfect winter park ski out

Impressive new unit with upgraded kitchen, grill and huge TV. Nice community hot tub.

Awesome Stay!

The property is in a great location - near Main Street (about a five minute walk) with multiple Lift lines that take you to the resort or into Fraser. Two of the bus lines are even closer - less than a minute walk. The location is very walkable to many great restaurants in town. The property itself is well apportioned with a gas stove, washer & dryer, lots of seating for meals and visiting, large tv’s, very comfortable beds, and the floor level was a plus for coming and going. The property has lots of windows, and the views are amazing. The only potential drawback is that you can hear the people above walking around - not a problem if you keep the same hours or you are a heavy sleeper, and the ease of getting in and out far outweighed this for our group. Having a few extra towels would be good. All in all the place is great and really added to the enjoyment of our trip to Winter Park!
