The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, pots and pans, and dinnerware. The kitchen has lots of counter space; those who enjoy cooking will be thrilled.

You will have your own WASHER AND DRYER. This saves you both time and money.

The living area is completely furnished with two side chairs and sofa , large dining table and a lighted glass front hutch. King size master bedroom, queen size guest bed

You have your own lockable storage unit in the basement for personal items.

The building is DIRECT OCEAN and built on a point of land which protrudes from the coast line creating a view that is unobstructed. You can see for miles from the sixth floor but are still close enough to the water to hear the sound of the sea.

If you look carefully at the photos you can see how the building is located relative to its immediate neighbor to the north---it is also possible to see the Intercostal waterway to the west.

The complex has 1 beautiful pool, outdoor cooking facilities, 2 tennis courts, and a FREE CAR WASH anytime you want. Everything you may want is already there or within a few minutes. All you need are the keys!


AREA INFORMATION:

Hutchinson island is just over the bridge from Stuart. It is located 30 minutes north of the West Palm Beach. The area is called Florida's Treasure Coast. An excellent name for the area because it is indeed a 'Treasure'.

Stuart is the sailfish capital of the world and was recently selected as the 'best small city in the USA'. Stuart has 11 beaches. One is referred to as the 'bathtub' because it is surrounded by coral reefs forming the shape of a bathtub. Both tourist and locals enjoy walking on these coral reefs and looking for sea life in the 'bathtub'.

Orlando and Miami are only a few hours away. Enjoy Disney, Sea World and all the Orlando attractions plus everything Miami has to offer yet live in a serene and uncrowded environment. You can also drive north up the coast and be at the Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach. A little further north, and definitely worth the drive,is historic St Augustine--the oldest city in the USA. Enjoy visiting the Everglades National Park or driving on the overseas highway to Key West. An interesting trip by boat is to follow the 135 mile cross Florida St Lucie canal thru Lake Okeechobee to Ft Meyers. It seems like everything is close by and getting there is half of the fun!

From the large wraparound balcony you can see cruise ships as well as dolphins, sea turtles (their nests are on the beach below the balcony), pelicans and fishing boats. Walk for miles, (Hutchinson Island has 28+ miles of beach) up and down the beach and enjoy meeting others and making new friends. Many conversations begin by someone asking -- 'where are you from?' There is really no better way to relax and enjoy what you have worked for--WHY NOT?
