Come enjoy Sutton Farm, built in 1857! Enjoy staying in a historic place, just two miles off the tollroad. This would be a wonderful place to have a family reunion or retreat in the countryside.

5 camping spots available. Fishing guide accessible. 20 min from Notre Dame. 30 min from Shipshewana. Nearby accessibility to canoeing/kayaking/boating at Simonton and Diamond Lake.
The space
Downstairs: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and large bath featuring a claw foot bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and full bathroom.

Upstairs: bedroom 3 has a queen bed and full bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and large bathroom featuring a claw bathtub.

Long front porch for lounging. Enclosed back porch with plenty of toys for kids. Back patio has chairs for lounging and fire pit. Large yard for long walks and enjoying nature.

Full kitchen with laundry access. You may cook if you wish or eat out. Numerous restaurants nearby. Dining and living room. Enclosed back porch. .
