The property was very clean and had everything we were expecting. The host spoke very good English and was in touch a few times to check all was ok. Being pet lovers and gardeners ourselves we enjoyed having the cats around and were happy to check on their food. The horses too were no trouble and it was good to be able to top up their water as it was very hot. The plunge pool was adequate to help us cool down (we knew there was no swimming pool when we booked) but having a pool would have enhanced our holiday there. The ambience and the views were fantastic and the peace and quiet helped us recharge our batteries. There are also several places to visit within easy driving distance but the shop in the village was a bit lacking. Thankfully we only needed water on one occasion.
