Cute and comfy little bungalow in the heart of Wilmington! Convenient to all downtown has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great hospitality from the host!
My family and I loved this property! It was perfect for a family of 4 (my boys being 6 and 3). It is a great location, and we loved staying there. We plan to book with them next year!
This is the second time I’ve rented this house. It has everything I need. Convenient to downtown in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and cozy.
Everything was clean. Communication was amazing! We make a lot of weekend trips to Wilmington and I have finally found a quiet place to stay that is close enough to the areas we like to visit while in Wilmington. Thank you!

Warm and welcoming house with easy parking. Is within walking distance of tons of stuff. It was perfect for an event at Live Oak Bank Pavilion.
The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a short walk to a nice coffee and donut shop and ice cream, and just a few blocks away from several restaurants! A throw blanket on the couch and some chairs on the back porch would a bonus. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!
Beautifully renovated home in the downtown Wilmington arts district. The house was immaculate! My wife and I enjoyed walking down to waterfront and walking to the local restaurants. This place would be perfect for a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion.
The house was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and we felt at home. It was good for small kids because there werent a ton of breakables they could mess with. Lots of towels!
Great place to stay. Very clean and well done and modernized inside and within walking distance to downtown. Definitely recommend and will return ASAP.
I travel to Wilmington frequently and was extremely pleased with this property...I will absolutely book again! I was unsure when I saw the exterior photo, but was really pleased when i saw it in person. The neighborhood was great and this is a prime location to explore the Brooklyn Arts District and also to attend events at Live Oak Pavillion. We had excellent local dining (recommend 310!) And we went to concert...easy walk. Absolutely enjoyed this stay and this beautifull little house!!
So cute and cozy inside. Only complaint was the neighborhood. The surrounding properties were run down. Parking was not an issue for us but we were only there for one night. 4 pm check in and 10 am checkout was not preferred but we managed with the times.
