Excellent property

We had a group of 12 men for a weekend golf trip and this was a perfect house. Very close to many quality courses and the space was very comfortable. The house is well stocked and provided a great spot to cook dinner and relax

Excellent vacation

The house was comfy and had lots of space for our two families and 5 kids. It was close to the beach, ice cream and all the things we wanted to do. It also had an outdoor shower so we could rinse off the sand before entering. The property manager quickly answered some questions we had. Overall a wonderful house to relax in.

Annual family vacation

We were a group of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids, 14 and 9. There was plenty of room to spread out. The community is quiet, the pool reat and there were pickle ball and basketball courts. The community was very clise to the beach and attractions. Centrallt located to get to Ocean City, Bethany and Rehoboth.

The neighborhood was excellent. Swimming pools were well kept. A couple were very crowded with kids but the one closest to our house was not crowded and never any issues. Convenience to groceries, beverages, and food places was very nice. My daughter and her boyfriend actually hooked up with a realtor to see a couple houses in the neighborhood that were for sale. Golf courses were nice as well.

We had a great stay at this very comfortable property. The pool was just a short distance away and very large, The area is quiet with views of the ponds and wading birds from the back yard. We have stayed in this development and specifically at this house before. Check-in process is seamless and house is clean with recently updated curtains, couches and carpets. Plenty of comfortable beds and TV, internet and AC all work well. Another great stay. We will be back!

Great Vacation Home!

We have stayed in this neighborhood in the past and loved it! We love the pool, walking to Fenwick Ice, and the short drive to the beach! This was our first time at this property, and we thought it was great! Nicely equipped and well kept! We will return!

2024 Family trip

This home was perfect for our family of 10. Located in a quiet community but still close to attractions. The pool area was exceptional. The host was very easy to work with. Everything you need in the kitchen. I especially liked the sunroom.

Home away from home

This is our fourth year staying at this property and each year we have the best vacation. This property accommodates our large family comfortably. Our children love riding bikes, swimming, and playing basketball within the community. The location is perfect and within great distances from many beaches. Can’t wait for next year!

House was large and spacious. Lots of room, clean, and perfect location. The pool was great. I missed the memo about bringing our own sheets and towels in the listing so be aware of that. The house was awesome and we’d love to come back!

Kelly is a awesome host!!! Everything in house was great, plenty of room for entire family.... couple small issues and Kelly resolved quickly!!! Close to beach, grocery store!!! Very quite neighborhood, we loved the open kitchen, roomy sun room!!!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!! Can't say enough about Kelly hospitality!!!! Our family had a awesome time, we ate our meals together, played games, went to beach, shopped, restaurants, made allot of great memories!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Nice rental in Fenwick

Great house and owners were great to deal with. The only issue we had was my elderly mother was traveling with us and it was not safe for her to do steps. There is only one bedroom on the main floor ( beautiful master) which we gave to her for safety reasons. Wish there was one other bedroom ( besides a pull out couch ) on first level that we could have been close to her at night. It’s a great house for a family with no concerns of elderly care. We had a lovely time.
