Located in the gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort community, this large Mediterranean style home on the golf course is perfect for families visiting the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Guests can cruise to the beach in the 2 provided golf carts (4 and 6 seater) or visit the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, and experience the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options of the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin..

***Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms***

***Main Level--Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, a Queen sized Sleeper Sofa in the living room and a full bathroom.

***2nd Floor--Master Bedroom with a King bed, Guest Bedroom with a King Bed, a Guest Bunk Room with a Twin over Full bunk bed including a Twin trundle, all 3 second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen complete with a large island that has bar top seating with an adjacent dining room is the perfect place to prepare a large family meal. Don't forget to fire up the gas grill on the back patio for a cookout.

After a long day in the sun, sit down and relax in the living room. Whether it's watching your favorite team, show, or movie on the 65" Smart TV (Roku) or simply enjoying time spent with family and friends the living room has plenty of space to gather. If more privacy is what you need, each bedroom has a Smart TV as well.

The laundry room is located on the second floor has a full size washer and dryer.

Be sure to catch the sunrise from the large back patio or balcony overlooking the golf course and pond.

Host was very nice and communicated very well. House was beautiful and clean. House was stocked with must needs(garbage bags, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen fully stocked, all kinds of beach gear/toys). Golf carts were well maintained and held good charges. Only issue was parking and getting golf carts in out of driveway. We had three cars, two parked at the house and one at pool. Overall a pretty enjoyable stay. Thanks!

We loved staying at this rental, the house was clean and decorated beautifully decorated. Close to Baytown Wharf and the golf carts are great to get to the beach.

Oh Sip, It’s a Girls Trip

This was a girls trip for 6 ladies and we have no complaints. When we arrived, the house was just as I expected, Beautiful!! We all were excited and in ahhh with how clean, spacious and accommodating to everyone. We all enjoyed our stay. Just Perfect!

We stay every year in Baytowne, but this time was extra special as me and my husband threw a surprise wedding on July 4th. The house is beautiful and was perfect for it all! The space of the house and how clean it was, not to mention location was on point. The owner was very quick in communicating. This place by far is my favorite in Baytowne Wharf. Highly recommend!!

Everything your vacation could want and all the things you want to do.

Stayed for 10 days with for our family ( ages 1 to 61) vacation. Home was lovely, decorated in an easy, fresh, coastal vibe. Furniture and beds were comfortable and plentiful. So clean and well equipped. The kitchen had every small appliance, cutlery and pan possible. Hosts have provided all the beach gear you could want. Look carefully at the pictures of the garage. In June of 2024 it was exactly as pictured. Superior location within resort. Sandestin golf and beach resort has something for everyone and the two golf carts made it easy to get to your choice of activities. Our group went golfing, fishing, on nature walks, listened to live music and watched fireworks at Baytowne, family dinner, date nights and swimming at pools and beach. Perfect place to be if you are coming for a conference too! Thanks to Jason and Sara for true home away from home family experience.

Family Trip

This property was awesome! The location was great and it had all of the amenities you could ask for. We didn’t have to pack anything for the beach because you name it…they had it! The two golf carts were also a huge plus for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to make a full meal. There was an electric griddle, crockpot, air fryer and several pots and pans. We didn’t use it all, but it was nice to know we had the option. As for the communication, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jason was VERY responsive to my emails even after we checked out. We thought we left something so I notified him and he responded immediately. During our booking process, I sent a few emails very early in the morning because my days are generally very busy. I did not expect a reply for several hours due to time, but I was pleasantly surprised. These are great owners and we plan to come back! Don’t miss out on this one!

Relaxing getaway

The home is in a great quiet area and is well appointed. Close enough to everything. The two golf carts are great additions to make they stay perfect.

While we are new too hosting, we have rented out our home since we purchased it. We switched over to self-management to give us more flexibility
and to provide a more personal touch for rental guests.
