Perfect Business Rwsidence

Wonderful property, separate bedroom accommodations with most having a private bath. Well equipped and perfect for our business team of 5. Home has expansive general living area and kitchen as well. Great parking and centrally located. Host is very accommodating and communicative. Have used the property twice now and will be back.

Super comfortable/ homey vibes

The house was really nice. Getting into the place was very easy and when we walked in the house we were surprised with how nice everything was. We appreciate the snacks and plates that were left for us to use and it definitely was nice with everyone having their own room and bathroom. Overall this place was really good and I’ll recommend it to my friends for future stays and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for Levi Stadium Event

Good onsite parking, rooms for 6 couples, clean facilities. Washer/Dryer a plus, functional Kitchen. Could use some more cooking supplies in kitchen, and extra TP. Overall we all had a great experience. Thanks for the hospitality and I would recommend this house for sure. Overall 9 out of 10.

Great home. Great host.

Our family had a great stay here. It was big enough to fit our whole family who was in town for a wedding. There was room for everyone to sleep and gather. It would have taken 7 hotel rooms for our group and then we wouldn't have had a place to eat and visit together. It is close to the freeway, so we were able to get everywhere we needed to go easily. It is new and clean. The host was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had, including when we locked ourselves out when someone unplugged the transmitter for the door remote.

Business Team Trip

Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bath home situated well in San Jose for our business consulting trip requiring us to be able to move around the silicon valley with ease. Home is newly renovated. Private rooms with bedrooms having private baths. Ample parking for four vehs./good neighborhood. Host was communicative and very accommodating. Very clean with all the necessities you need. This property is at the top of our list for future visits.

Was not what we were expecting. Space was great for our large family, but there were MANY small problems a few including only 1 decent skillet out of 4 provided (1 didn’t even have a handle), lack of needed cooking utensils, wasn’t fully cleaned. I’ve stayed at enough of these to let some of these small things go, but what was most upsetting was the lack of proper bedding including no top/flat sheets on any of the beds and no bedding for their hide-a-bed, which we needed. We will not be back to this one unfortunately.

Sister reunion

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The major issue was that we felt the kitchen, in particular the refrigerator freezer draws which had crumbs and a fly in one of them, the dry food storage draws also had leftover crumbs had pieces of onion coverings in one of them and the sinks needed a thorough cleaning. The bathroom shower doors also needed to be wiped down. We felt these areas should have been cleaner. There was no ironing board or iron upon our arrival as had been listed in the amenities nor was there any soap in bathroom # 3 as listed in the amenities. However, the host was very responsive to our requests, and he did supply the iron, ironing board and the soap. He also responded immediately to our request upon arrival to help with operating the TV in the unit. The only items that were not taken care of during our stay by the host were the cleaning issues.
