Indian Wells is the Beverly Hills of the Palm Desert Area. Very close to the Tennis Stadium- could take the golf cart over it is across the street.
This home is across the street from the Hyatt Grand Champions and Esmerelda's Hotel very close to La Quinta and Palm Desert. It is a couple of blocks from the Indian Wells Country Clubhouse. The area is very secluded and private and safe and peaceful. Everyone loves the open view- morning sun and the fountain/ greenbelt is lush!

I am across from the Hyatt resort which has two new golf courses- that you may drive my golf car over to them--- you can almost walk to the tennis stadium or take the golf car.... The walks around the country club are beautiful and you can eat lunch and breakfast outside at the Indian wells country club- you don't have to be a member- and can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere at the country club and have lunch or breakfast (dont have to be a member) I can get you on the course to play w notice.
Outdoor living is accentuated on the expansive scenic patio with a private pool and spa/jacuzzi as well as a community pool/spa steps away. Gas barbecue and outside dining a must. fun pool equipment for adults and children, music can be piped outside in all over the home. I have a new misting system to cool you off in the backyard patio. Speakers outside for listening pleasure and entertaining. I have a google music like Alexa box that you can ask to play "Stevie Nicks music etc"
Adjacent to the outdoor area is a large great room with 14-foot ceilings, large ceiling fan and a sunken marbled bar for entertaining dining for a large party! There are two large leather coaches and two large chairs and a gas fireplace. I have several bar stools for guests. I have installed a new 85 inch hdtv LCD tv above the fireplace for enjoyment
Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen all awaiting the chef with new appliances (gas stove, oven and microwave) and utensils and marbled tops. I provide coffee and tea, blender, candles, glass and plastic plates for inside and outside. There is a laundry room with laundry soap provided. I have several gourmet cook books. I provide iron and ironing board and steamer for clothes.
There are CDS, DVDS and Videos for adults and children. I have a high speed internet- hundreds of cable chanels and hbo-and 300 DVDS for use of my visitors-
For quieter moments enjoy an extensive cd and dvd library and four televisions and Cable TV. There are about 300 books in the library, lots of games for kids and adults, magazines and picture books.
Three full master bedrooms with king-size beds, all well appointed bathrooms with fabulous stone and glass block and one additional guest room has the king but they are reclining two beds side by side to equal a king. I have an high quality blow-up queen bed and two large coaches. The furniture is Tommy bahama, a hawaiian motif blended with desert contemporary. I have speakers outside and throughout the house and a ton of CDs and you can Bluetooth to your phone Very large expansive windows- no shudders in the great room- UV3 windows.
Two car garage and a golf cart- I provide mountain bikes for bike riding. I have a printer and a computer for use and wireless for guests. contact me on special dates and rates etc not published. I have all the comforts of home because it is my 2nd home and we have lots of fruit trees and you can pick to eat and drink and I have free alcohol and expresso- and two coffee machines- lots of kitchen items and spices and you can easily barbecue outside- I keep it very clean-- I have my placed thoroughly cleaned with Lysol when anyone vacates. Cleanliness is next to Godliness!
Also we have three security cameras outside the property for security reasons which i can turn off if asked
