Very nice house in quiet surroundings

An wonderful house for the whole family. Beautifully situated in a quiet yet central location.Everything was clean and well maintained. (A few pictures on the wall would make the house even more cozy ;-)) The landlord responded quickly to questions and is very friendly.We enjoyed our vacation very much and will come back.

Wonderful Winter Escape

Wow, What a wonderful escape from the frigid weather of Washington DC my family and friends had a great time this past winter the house was fantastic, lots is space in the very modern house in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s located both close to everything but far enough away we stayed there for 42 days.The host Jacinto was very responsive so much that I have already booked the house for 2 month starting January 26.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home the week before Christmas. It is very spacious with a pool and perfect for a family gathering. The neighborhood is quiet and is in a great location. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Definitely 5 stars and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous house in Emerald Hills

The experience we had in this house was outstanding. Freshly remodelled house in extra safe neighbourhood gave us lots of great moments and memories. The owner of the house is extremely friendly and obliging. He tried his best so we don’t worry of anything else except pleasure and vacation. The house is equipped with everything you need even if there’s something you need just ask Jacinto and you’ll have it right away. This is literally Royal service, no exaggeration! We’ll be back 120%!

My husband and I were traveling for a surgery at Memorial Hospital. This home checked all the box s and then some. More than we needed, but exceptional. The home is clean, spacious and has every thing one could need. My only recommendation would be bring your own pool toys, but you’d want to do that anyway. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space. No television in any of the bedrooms.

Great house in family neighborhood

We stayed in this house in Hollywood, Florida, for three months with our family (two adults and two kids), and it was an amazing experience! The location is excellent, and the house is very spacious, which was perfect for our needs. The furniture was functional and worked well for our stay.One of the best features of the property is the pool it’s big and deep, perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. The pool is well-maintained, with a pool service coming every week, so we were able to enjoy it completely worry-free.The kitchen was another highlight – it’s super spacious and well-equipped, with an excellent oven and appliances. We spent both Christmas and Thanksgiving here with family and friends, and the kitchen made cooking and hosting a breeze. We absolutely loved it!Although we encountered a few minor issues, the owner was incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Their attentiveness made our stay stress-free.We would definitely come back and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly place in Hollywood!

Overall, it’s a very nice and renovated house with decent-quality furniture, a pool, and many amenities. However, our adventure started right from the check-in process. When we received the check-in instructions, they did not include the door code. It simply stated that the key was electronic and the code would be sent closer to the check-in time.When we arrived, the code was never sent. All our attempts to contact customer support were useless. My husband had the idea to check the back entrance, and we were lucky that the door leading from the pool to the house was unlocked. That’s how we managed to get in. Customer support only responded an hour later, which means that if we hadn’t thought to check the back door, we would’ve been stuck outside after a long flight for an hour.As for cleanliness, I’m not sure how much the cleaning team for this house gets paid, but the cleaning was terrible. In the kitchen, there were fingerprints all over the cabinets, grease, coffee stains on the countertops, and more. In the bedrooms and bathrooms, there were many black hairs everywhere that weren’t ours. And this is just the tip of the iceberg—it felt like the only cleaning that had been done was replacing the sheets and towels.We reported this again to customer support (I even took plenty of photos to document the poor cleaning quality), but no one even wanted to look at them. We simply received a response saying that cleaning of the house and pool had been completed,.
