Great house with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans for cooking. Very clean. Walk to coffee shop, close drive to town for restaurants and shopping, beautiful hiking. We loved the fire pit and grill. Only issue was the WiFi was spotty when trying to watch TV. Otherwise, perfect weekend.

Great Stay Close to the Beach

Our family had a delightful stay at this house! It was clean and comfortable and had enough room for all 7 of us (five kids and two adults). We especially loved the cute town it was in, how close to the beach it was, all the deer in the neighborhood, and the hot tub.

Good location

Went to Holland for the tulip festival. This was a good location and good house. Close to beach. Nice hot tub. Would like more extension cords in master but otherwise enjoyed this property.

Beautiful stay

The property was exactly as described on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was very peaceful and we loved seeing the deer everyday. The house itself was very comfortable and the right size for our family. The only thing missing were the bicycles shown in the one picture. However, we would definitely stay here again since it was close to restaurants, shops, and downtown Saugatuck, Douglas, and Oval Beach.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. We loved how it felt remote / in the woods....we took some really nice walks and made the most of the campfire. Would highly recommend and would like to come back in the future!

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway

This home was amazing! Close to downtown and the beach but secluded and relaxing. We enjoyed the wildlife while relaxing on the back deck and in the hot tub. The house was stocked with everything you would need. We absolutely loved it and will be back! Thank you for a great place for making memories!

Great for a girls trip getaway

House is great, and the property and yard are lovely in a prime location. Only minor issue was connecting with property management on an issue with the WiFi- it took a while to get a hold of the owner to confirm outages and location of actual router to reset.

Beautiful home and yard

This is a lovely large home that was a wonderful spot for our family vacation. The rooms were large and having 3 bathrooms was helpful. We did have issues with the hot tub not working but Vacasa had someone come out and fix it the next day. One of the bikes had a flat tire. The house was not very clean when we arrived. So overall the home was comfortable and in a great location but it just needs better maintenance.

Cable and internet did not work

The house is pretty. The outside seating is nice. The location is convenient. I would not recommend house until owner and management work our issues with providing cable and internet service. The service was out and we did all trouble shooting tips before reporting. We then reported and waited for a technician. The technician said it was not the equipment but a matter of the bill not being paid. He thought it would be resolved. We called back each day, but it was not resolved during our stay. We went the whole time without being able to watch tv or use the internet. A small % credit was given, but as we told Vacasa we just wanted the problem resolved. We rented this house to have a change of scenery during the pandemic. Cellular phone service is not the best in the area so relying on our phones for menus, directions etc was an inconvenience. Our last day was a rainy day so our only options were to read or nap and that was difficult with construction at the house next door. Also forms For a new patio were being set up on this house while we were there and we were not informed that this would be happening. That did not seem right. The house has a lot of potential , but I would confirm that issues have been resolved before renting.

This home is beautiful and was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed! It had everything we needed (minus food, drinks, and hygiene items), and now know we can pack a little lighter next time. Lol. It is also within 10-15 mins of both the town of Douglas and Saugatuk! We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time here, location is in a secluded quiet neighborhood. House is very nice with everything you need. Only thing if any is there is some poision ivy in the backyard to be aware of, other than that this is a great house to stay at! Thanks again!

Great weekend! Lovely location near Lakeshore Drive in Douglas. The hot tub was extremely clean. The house had everything you could need, including a firepit. The kids (teenagers) loved the hot tub!

Great location

The home is just like it appears online. The rooms are spacious and very open. It's a great location, just a short drive from everything. Small hiccup at the start with the hot tub not heating up, but after a call it was very quickly fixed. The main bedroom has no door into the attached bathroom. This is very strange. I would suggest installing a pocket door, or a curtain at the very least for some privacy. There are also a lot of bug filled cobwebs on the ceiling. I'm assuming these will get cleaned up during spring cleaning, but thought it best to bring them up so management is aware. Over all, it was a great experience. I would book again if coming to this area.

The house was bright and accommodating. Easy access and instructions, lots of kitchen utensils. The cleanliness was a little lacking. Lots of dust under beds and found a full sized candy wrapper under my bed. I dropped my toothpaste in the bathroom and was grossed out to retrieve it from under the cabinet.

Nice house

The house was very user friendly- easy to get in and maneuver around. We had two older folks with some mobility restrictions so have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level was helpful. Had a bit of a struggle figuring out the tv but dealt with it! Good location. Being winter, we didn’t use any outdoor amenities. Nicely equipped inside.
