Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The room had multiple damages on arrival, the bed was dirty. I reached out to the host and resort and did not have that resolved. I sent pictures to an assistant for help at the resort with no response. The only help I received was a light bulb for the lamp that didn’t work on arrival. The listing was not as advertised. I know the changed the room but once I arrived it was a different room and different floor than what was mentioned. I asked for compensation since I had to deal with all of this the first day with nothing fixed. It’s the second day now still nothing fixed. I was literally told to tap the light in the bathroom for it to work. Mind you I cannot reach it again that’s why maintenance was called. I paid a good amount for the resort for the room to not be clean and half the stuff to be damaged on arrival .
