Smart TVs in all bedrooms. High speed WiFi. The fenced backyard can have a fenced pool & spa if needed. Side yard dog run, new BBQ and an island with mini fridge and sink. Near 5 hospitals and best schools.
A non refundable cleaning fee & a refundable security deposit are required. Dogs allowed with a deposit & fee. Bi-monthly maid services, weekly gardener and pool maintenance are all included with your stay.
Short term leases available. Minimum 30-60 days or more. Prefer 90 days. Option to extend your stay with 30 days notice or first right of refusal.
