The PARK CENTRE CASITAS condominiums are a delightful getaway for the ESCAPING SNOW & COLD and is located close to shopping, entertainment, and transportation. One criterion we had when we purchased this property, is it needed to be close to the airport; SKY HARBOR (Phoenix) is only 20-minutes away. We are also close to all ground transportation corridors (SR-101, SR-202, US-60, I-10, and I-17).
POOL/HOT TUB (in complex): With a ‘hop and a skip’, or about 100 steps, you are at the pool, hot tube, and gathering place.
KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, and GARAGE: The kitchen has been remodeled and includes granite countertops and new appliances. The LAUNDRY is located just off the kitchen, on the way to the garage. The GARAGE includes a 240V/50 amp outlet for charging your EV (like free FUEL). A picture of the outlet is included, MAKE SURE YOU BRING your own charge cord with the appropriate plug for the outlet.
BEDROOMS and BATHS: The bedrooms are separated by a floor and distance (PEACE & QUIET).
• MAIN FLOOR includes a king-sized bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity. The MAIN FLOOR BATH includes a toilet, bathtub, shower, and another vanity.
• UPSTAIRS has a queen-sized bed, with a BATH (toilet, shower, and vanity).
OFFICE BONUS: We have always enjoyed an office in our homes and Unit 85 is no exception, it INCLUDES:
• TABLE & CHAIR (adjustable height table and adjustable office chair)
• RECLINER (Flex Steel - electric adjustable recliner)
• PRINTER - HP OfficeJet Pro 8035
INTERNET and ENTERTAINMENT:
• High speed wireless internet
• Paramount, Roku, Youtube, and Netflix.

Certain times of the year, we live in Utah or travel. That is when we make condo available to rent.
Why they chose this property
Mesa is an easy location to travel to and from. Our condo is beautifully furnished and is like a home, not a hotel. In 5-minutes can can be on highways going north, south, east, or west.
What makes this property unique
Year around we enjoy pools, hot tubs, and great dinning. We are also close to the winter camps for baseball, both the Cubs and Athletics have fields close. We also love the Botanical Gardens for relaxation and Usury Park for biking and hiking.
