About this property
A Downtown Gem w/ Pool
Modern amenities paired with old downtown charm. Built in 1945, we became stewards of this home in 2015. The home has been remodeled, and we lived in it as our family grew. It’s located between a public park (with a spray park), and a Co-Op owned tennis club (with a cute retro cafe) open to non-members for tennis drills, salsa dance lessons, yoga and wellness-activities. The neighborhood is a hidden gem of downtown. It is safe, quiet, and the property is secure and well lit.
