Amazing view and very well equipped. It was great for the kids, aged 4-15 with plenty to do inside and out. 30-45 minutes away from anything but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Overall a great experience and even a better view. The master bathroom counter space was limited and there seems to be a dip in the center of the bed due to the bed frame setup. Very private and quiet location!
Awesome cabin for a getaway! We enjoyed the hot tub, the gorgeous view, relaxing on the decks, and enjoying Berkeley Springs. Unfortunately we ran out of time and didnt use the firepit, but it's a great addition. No kids were on this trip, but i would definitely want to bring my grandson here in the future.
I just wish we would’ve spent more time here! We truly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, even in the cold. This is a very warm and inviting space to spend with loved ones. Would definitely come again!Could use more cutting boards and liquid measuring cups :)
Hadi was very quick to respond to all questions! Everything was super well maintained and the home was great for kids! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Oftentimes, the pictures of the property look better than real life, but not this place. The pictures don’t do justice to the gorgeous panoramic views and the all the great amenities that come with the property, including the hot tub and various games/activities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin and plan to come back in the fall. This place is relatively isolated so it’s a perfect escape for those who seek privacy and peace surrounded by mother nature. To get to the cabin, there is a long stretch of narrow and winding road, some of which are unpaved, so you might want to check with the host before venturing out there with a minivan in winter. The host is very helpful and responsive and I had zero issues with the check in and check out process.
The cabin was absolutely a 5-star stay for us. It was very clean and incredibly peaceful. The views were stunning — the sunsets were beautiful, and at night you could see every single star. It was so quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to disconnect and unwind.Another huge plus was the cell service. We expected to be completely disconnected in the mountains, but the service was actually great. We visited before Memorial Day, so not much in the surrounding area was open yet, but that didn’t bother us at all since we came specifically to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. One thing to know before booking: there is about an 8-minute drive on a mountain gravel road to get to the cabin. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to be prepared for. In the winter, if you don’t have all-wheel drive or a vehicle equipped for mountain conditions, getting there could be difficult.Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was incredibly clean and so well maintained from top to bottom. The views were truly amazing — the kind you don’t get tired of looking at all weekend. The hot tub was perfect and made for such a relaxing experience, especially while taking in the scenery. The house was also very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.And let’s talk about the beds — SO comfortable! The sheets were amazing and felt luxurious, and we all slept great each night.Overall, this was the perfect weekend escape. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, well-equipped place with stunning views!— Steph
We had a great long weekend stay here. The views are amazing, and the cabin had lots of amenities, especially if you are traveling with kids. Which is a good thing because there is not much of anything near by, which is exactly what we were looking for. Cabin was very clean and had everything you need to cook and such. We grocery shopped on the way and once we got there we had no need to leave for any reason. If your looking for a quiet off the busy path getaway, i would recommend this place.
Our family is local to this area and we came for a celebration of My Grandparents anniversary. We wanted to be a little more remote so my adult children and I could spend some time together since we are spread out across the eastern US. The home layout was perfect for us, giving each their own space. Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend so we did not get to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked although we did take advantage every chance we got. The home is quite remote so running out to have dinner is not a quick easy task. We had planned most of our meals at the home so we did not have to worry about multiple trips up and down the mountain. We do wish there were more appliances as we were making desserts to take to the event and we had to try to figure out how to make frosting without a mixer or a whisk. I did not think to ask the host about extra appliances like blenders mixers and certain cooking utensils so it was on me. We also forgot to bring board games that we had set out to take with us and with the rain we were really wishing there were more games at the house. Luckily you can pull up almost any game on your phone and that is what we did. All in all this was a nice stay and the host was great.

Wow! is all I can say about this property. My family and I had the most amazing time staying at the cabin for a few days. It is equipped with everything a family would need. So much entertaining for both kids and adults. From the racing simulator, the arcade, the treadmill, the hot tub, to that stunning view, everything come together to create an amazing place. I was also very pleased with the property manager who very promptly answered every question I had. The only hiccup would be the gravel road that leads to the cabin, but if you have a car that handles very sharp turns up in the mountain, then no problem. The cabin is definitely worth it. So far it has been one of our favorites places to stay.
The hot tub was super clean. It took a long time for it to warm up and I wish there were directions on that posted somewhere. We tried to get into the hot tub Friday night but the temperature was set at 80. After about 2 hours the temperature only went up to 86. So we waited until Saturday morning to get in. Not a huge deal but we were a little disappointed Friday night. Also I wished there were oversized beach / pool towels for the hot tub use only. The regular size towels used for bath and shower were fine however larger ones would have been great
Fantastic Cabin with a Terrific view and lots of entertainment!
This was a great property for my family! We booked for the view and had a blast playing the games, sitting in the hot tub, and lighting a fire in the firepit. The cabin was very clean and it was easy to feel right at home as they had all the essential appliances plus a handful that are really nice to have.
We did some hiking at the Paw Paw Tunnel and in Green Ridge State Forest across the way. When we didn't hike the kids enjoyed playing on the Xbox in the basement with the full race simulation setup.
The place also had full Verizon 5G coverage which is something I've never had in a cabin in the woods. This made it easy to keep in touch and receive texts.
The only slight issue is the dirt/gravel road coming up the house can be a bit rough for those who aren't used to it.
Ever wanted to know what its like to float in the sky?
OMG! BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!!!! From the moment you get here its nothing but natural beauty! from the carefully placed cherry blossom trees to the sheer insanity of the view! After you enter you are greeted with the most amazing cabin I've ever seen! I don't even know how they built such a place! as they would have to get all the materials up a mountain. They have thought of everything! emergency toiletries , fresh towels all over the place laid out hotel style. there is a heavenly smell that wafts through the house! "hats off to the cleaning team!" And a full game room in the basement! This is the kind of place where you don't have to leave the cabin at all to have an amazing time! The view from the hot tub and deck will change your life! And the mist on the river in the morning is like something out of a storybook. Seriously! even if its just a weekend you MUST experience this place!
