This beautifully furnished home offers 2 living areas, one is a large open space for family gatherings featuring a fireplace, large screen TV and kitchen and dining areas. The other is more con the cozy side with a sleeper sofa and a sitting area for dining and games. The primary bedroom has its own spa like bathroom and is separate from the other two bedrooms which share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The home sits on 3 lots which offers privacy. The back patio/deck overlooking the lake offers multiple sitting and dining areas as well as a fire table. The location is close to everything including restaurants, downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
