Please provide evidence of your qualification, and we will refund your nightly stay fee by 5%. The refund is issued after checkout as long as home is left in great condition.

With 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 modern bathrooms with a private pool and spa!, it's perfect for up to 14 guests. You're just a short 15-minute drive from the Disney entrance along with all your shopping, dining, and grocery needs.

Our home is truly family-friendly, catering to everyone from infants and small children to older kids and adults. We've thought of everything to make your stay hassle-free and enjoyable. You won't need to sweat the small stuff on vacation; we've equipped the house with all the essentials:

Comes fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, rice maker, slow cooker, air fryer and toaster. It also has four barstools, along with all necessary utensils, accessories, pots and pans, plates, glassware, etc.

** Please note that due to food safety, we do not provide seasonings/spices; guests should bring or buy their own.

Our house includes a starter pack of essentials: one roll of toilet paper and a bar of bath soap per bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and more. For extended stays, you'll want to bring or purchase additional items like laundry detergent, trash bags, and your favorite spices and condiments.

Game Room: Our garage is now a fun-filled game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, and a two-player electronic basketball game, ready for hours of entertainment!

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi available in the home and pool area. The home has 8 Smart TVs for your entertainment in every room, including the Living Area and the upstairs Loft.

Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, and more available on all TVs.
Cable Tv is available in the living room and loft only along with streaming options.

Other conveniences include a large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board x 2 (one in laundry room downstairs and one upstairs common area closet) and parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway + street parking.

On request, we offer additional items for young children, such as a kids' highchair and a pack and play crib, baby bath tub.

**********************Pool/Patio**********************

Enjoy a private deck/lanai for relaxation
For those chilly days, opt for a heated spa and swimming pool (heating available at an extra charge of $25/day – you must let us know 24 hours in advance)
The heated pool can only be ordered for entire stay and not available for partial days of your stay. Please note that on days when the outside temp is below 50 degrees, the pool will not heat as well.)

*****BBQ Rental and Usage******
We provide BBQ rental for $75/per stay on AS-IS basis.
We do not provide cleaning service for the grill.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the grill.
The propane tank may or may not be empty, and it's the responsibility of the guest to get it refilled before you can use the BBQ grill.

As a common curtsey, we request all guests to clean the BBQ grill for the next guest to enjoy.

If there is unauthorized usage of the grill, there will be a $125 fee applied.

Please respect this rule. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if this rule is broken.
A fee of $100 / day will be applied for unauthorized pets. An additional fee of $500 will be applied for deep cleaning.

Majority of our guests are comfortable with the following indoor temp, we set the smart thermostat to the following range on auto.
AC: 68 - 78 degrees
Heat: 67 - 74 degrees
You are free to select the temp from this range for your comfort. We can accommodate your request to set a temp out of this range at a fee of $15/day.
